Remote Sales/Customer Service Specialist

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products, gather feedback, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by resolving issues efficiently, explaining product features, and guiding clients through processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry skills within CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Assist with client onboarding, account updates, and follow-up communications to foster ongoing relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle diverse customer needs with patience and clarity.
  • Support team efforts by analyzing customer feedback data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality.

Requirements

  • Multilingual proficiency; fluency in English plus at least one additional language is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, call center operations, or customer support roles.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and via digital channels.
  • Demonstrated outbound calling experience with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of call center best practices, including call handling techniques and call documentation.
  • Ability to manage cash handling procedures accurately when applicable.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy; analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.96 - $27.65 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
