Remote Tele-Nursing Staff

1. PosiƟon Overview The Remote Tele-Nursing Staff will provide virtual clinical support to paƟents and assist hospital medical teams using telecommunicaƟon technologies. The role involves paƟent follow-up, health monitoring, triage support, and documentaƟon while ensuring high standards of healthcare service. 2. Key ResponsibiliƟes  Provide remote nursing assistance through phone calls, video consultaƟons, and digital plaƞorms.  Conduct iniƟal paƟent assessment and triage based on symptoms and medical history.  Guide paƟents regarding medicaƟon, treatment plans, and follow-up procedures as per physician instrucƟons.  Monitor paƟent vitals and health condiƟons through remote monitoring systems.  Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).  Escalate criƟcal cases to doctors or emergency services as required.  Educate paƟents about prevenƟve health pracƟces and chronic disease management.  Coordinate with hospital departments for appointment scheduling and paƟent support.  Ensure paƟent privacy, confidenƟality, and compliance with healthcare regulaƟons (NHS, GDPR). 3. Required QualificaƟons  Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized insƟtuƟon.  AcƟve Nursing RegistraƟon (NMC preferred for UK operaƟons).  Minimum 1–2 years of nursing or telehealth experience.  Strong communicaƟon and paƟent-handling skills.  Ability to use telehealth soŌware, EMR systems, and digital tools. 4. Preferred Skills  Experience in telemedicine or remote paƟent care.  MulƟlingual abiliƟes (English mandatory; others preferred).  Ability to manage mulƟple paƟents and tasks efficiently.  Good computer literacy and typing speed. 5. Work Environment & Schedule  Remote work from home with stable internet connecƟon.  ShiŌ-based schedule (Day/Night/RotaƟonal depending on hospital requirement).  Compliance with hospital policies and telehealth protocols. 6.
