Responsibilities
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through our live chat system.
• Assist customers with flight enquiries, bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information and guidance on visa requirements and the application process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, travel regulations, and our range of services.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a remote or live chat environment.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of UK-English.
• A genuine passion for the travel industry and a solid understanding of flight bookings and travel logistics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• A dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection are essential.
