Remote Truck Dispatch Sales Agent

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Truck Dispatch Sales Agents to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients for truck dispatch services through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
• Present and demonstrate our dispatch services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the logistics and dispatch sectors.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
• Basic understanding of the transportation and logistics industry is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
