Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the UBE curriculum
• Deliver engaging online tutoring sessions that clarify complex legal concepts and exam strategies
• Utilize various teaching tools and platforms to enhance student understanding and retention
• Provide constructive feedback on student assignments and practice exams to foster continuous improvement
• Track student progress meticulously, maintaining detailed records of sessions, assessments, and milestones
• Communicate effectively with students to motivate, guide, and support their exam readiness efforts

Skills

• Preferred to have background in curriculum development and lesson planning for legal or adult education courses
• Proficiency with learning technology platforms used for remote instruction and online assessments
• Preferred- proven experience in tutoring or teaching law students or adult learners preparing for professional licensing exams
• Excellent classroom management skills in virtual environments, ensuring an engaging and disciplined learning atmosphere
• Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey complex legal concepts and foster positive student relationships

Pay: $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
