Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for a wide range of administrative and support tasks. Your key duties will include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for senior staff.
- Handling email correspondence, filtering messages, and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing and organising documents, reports, and presentations.
- Performing data entry and maintaining company databases and filing systems.
- Assisting with basic social media tasks, such as scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Conducting online research to support various company projects and initiatives.
- Providing general administrative support to help streamline our day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, reliable, and possesses excellent communication skills. The required qualifications include:
- Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high degree of discretion.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Experience within the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry is highly desirable but not essential.
