As we expand our global creative team, we are seeking talented remote Wedding Designers to help us elevate our design pipeline and bring unforgettable events to life.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Remote Wedding Designer / Luxury Event Décor Specialist to contribute to concept creation, design development, and visual direction for South Asian and multicultural weddings. This role is ideal for individuals with strong aesthetic sensibility, event décor experience, and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize cohesive décor designs that align with client themes, cultures, and aesthetics
• Create detailed mood boards, lookbooks, sketches, mockups, and visual design proposals
• Develop creative and unique décor setups using our existing inventory, while also proposing new custom pieces when required
• Work with procurement teams to source décor items, florals, textiles, and design materials
• Ensure design quality, accuracy, and cohesion across all assigned projects
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and participate in client design calls as required
• Manage timelines, revisions, and deliverables within a fast-paced wedding design environment

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years experience in wedding décor, event styling, or event production (required)
• Strong understanding of color theory, spatial layout, staging, and visual storytelling
• Ability to design high-end South Asian and multicultural wedding concepts
• Experience with florals, draping, stage design, or décor fabrication (an asset)
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours based on client meetings and project deadlines
