Master Terry Academy is a fast-growing business solutions and affiliate training company. We specialize in digital marketing systems, automated content distribution, and affiliate engagement. We are looking for a Website Developer/Designer with proven experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) who can also design and implement leaderboard systems for affiliate tracking.

This is a long-term role for someone who is highly reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow with a fast-scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize websites, funnels, and landing pages using GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Design and integrate leaderboard systems to track affiliate engagement, points, and rankings.
• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot backend systems, forms, and data tracking.
• Implement SEO metadata, brand hashtags, and analytics integrations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and affiliate teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Provide regular progress updates and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) — funnels, automations, pipelines, forms, etc.
• Ability to build and manage leaderboards (integrated or custom-built).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for web and mobile.
• Strong communication and accountability — must take direction well.
• Portfolio of websites/funnels/leaderboards you’ve personally built (mandatory).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEO optimization and analytics.
• API integrations and automation workflows.
• Graphic design ability (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
• Understanding of affiliate or referral-based systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• $500–$1,000/month depending on experience.
