Remote Wound Care Consultant DO\MD

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Wound Care Consultant to join our team. This remote position requires a wound care expert who is familiar with CMS guidelines to supervise Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), review charts, and provide guidance on advanced treatments.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to NPs and PAs.

- Review patient charts and provide expert recommendations for wound care treatments.

- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and clinical protocols.

- Provide expertise in advanced wound care techniques.

- Collaborate with the wound care team to develop and implement treatment plans.

- Participate in telehealth consultations and provide remote patient care guidance.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in wound care.

Qualifications:

- Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).

- Must be licensed to practice medicine in California.

- Extensive experience in wound care management.

- Expertise in advanced wound care techniques.

- Strong understanding of CMS guidelines and best practices in wound care.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear guidance to clinical staff.

- Experience in supervising NPs and PAs.

- Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing patient charts.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.
