IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a hybrid role that requires physical presence in Arizona.
What if you could help students stay energized, engaged, and eager to participate—without the weight of lesson planning, grading, or instructional delivery?
This position is designed for individuals who connect naturally with young people and excel in dynamic environments. At Unbound Academy's fully virtual, tuition-free charter school, students accelerate through academic content using AI-driven tools, then transition into live, interactive workshops that emphasize life skills, teamwork, and personal growth. Your role is to ensure these moments feel seamless and impactful for every student.
You'll serve as the glue that holds the experience together. You'll facilitate transitions, guide small groups, sustain energy levels, and provide support when a student needs direction or reassurance. You won't deliver curriculum—but the experience cannot succeed without you.
If you have experience leading youth through camps, after-school settings, athletics, tutoring, or community programs—and you're drawn to a hybrid position that combines virtual facilitation with in-person teamwork—this is an opportunity to make school feel connected and meaningful once more.

Facilitating live virtual workshops by overseeing breakout rooms, transitions, timing, and overall session flow
