REMOTE - YouTube Shorts Editor & Growth Strategist

We are hiring a YouTube Shorts specialist who can produce and optimize AI-powered short-form content designed to increase channel growth and subscriber engagement. This role combines video editing expertise, SEO strategy, and audience retention tactics.

Master Terry Academy is building a media machine — and we’re not looking for average video editors. We’re looking for creatives who understand algorithms, engagement psychology, and how to craft content that motivates people to follow, comment, share, and take action.

This is NOT just a video editor job. This is a content warfare position — and each post is a bullet.

Key Responsibilities

• Create YouTube Shorts using provided scripts and AI-powered tools (CapCut, Descript, Pictory, etc.).
• Edit videos with strong hooks, captions, subtitles, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for YouTube SEO and discoverability.
• Analyze audience retention and engagement to refine video strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on YouTube algorithm changes, trends, and monetization best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing YouTube Shorts or similar short-form content.
• Strong knowledge of editing software and AI-driven content creation tools.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, SEO optimization, and analytics reporting.
• Understanding of short-form content psychology and retention tactics.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant YouTube Shorts or TikTok content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per month
