Scope of Work
Inspire Pakistan invites quotations from qualified and experienced vendors for renovation and modification work at the Azakhel UNHCR Hub in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
Interested vendors are requested to carefully review the detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the requested work, along with the terms and conditions mentioned below, before submitting their quotation.

uPVC Lamination/MDF/Lasani Portion of partition: “Supply and installation of office partitions (half-height (4'+1') or full-height (4'+4' with door of same material) comprising uPVC/aluminum frames with 18 mm thick laminated/MDF/Lasani panels fixed within the uPVC/aluminum profiles, finished with smooth laminate (Lasani) sheets. Work to be executed complete in all respects, including necessary fittings and accessories, as per client specifications and directions.”

uPVC framed glass panel portion of partition: “Supply and installation of uPVC-framed glass partitions comprising 12 mm tempered safety glass panels with polished edges, securely fixed in uPVC profiles using rubber gaskets and silicone sealant. Work to be executed complete in all respects, including all necessary accessories and finishes, as per client directions.

Note:
- Transport, labor, and contractor overheads are included in composite rates.
- Vendors must submit samples and datasheets for uPVC profiles, tempered glass panels and laminated MDF sheets as per the given specs
- Warranty: minimum 1 year against defects in material/workmanship.
- Payment shall be made as the actual measurement on ground.
Quoted cost should include all associated costs including transportation /delivery and Installation etc. Clearly mention delivery time in calendar days.
Terms & Conditions for submission of quotations:
- Sealed Quotation must be submitted on firm/company’s letterhead with date and stamp.
- Quotation received later than due date shall not be considered.
- Please attach NTN, GST and your authorized dealership certificate along with your proposal/ quotation/ bid.
- Quotation validity must be minimum 30 days from due date of submission.
- Unit price must be quoted against each column.
- GST taxes must be mentioned separately, if applicable.
- Payments from Inspire Pakistan are subject to applicable deduction and withholding of tax from invoice amount as per applicable law of Pakistan.
- Rates should be quoted in PKR.
- Delivery time / schedule of supplies must be clearly specified.
- Inspire Pakistan reserves the right to add/reduce quantities.
- Payment shall be made through cross cheque within 10 working days after satisfactory delivery and submission of invoice.
- Incomplete or partial bidding is not allowed.
- Inspire Pakistan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid with or without assigning any reason.
- After issuance of PO, Inspire Pakistan reserved the right to check the sample/ Work and approve it before delivery to requested site.
