Main job duties and responsibilities:

Prepare the workshop drawings, work program, bill of quantities and estimated budget after receiving the renovation drawings from the design department.

Coordinate with different concerned (club operations / sports) departments to start with the renovation works.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to prepare the working plan in which will determine the works which will be done by the maintenance team and which will be handled for a sub-contractor.

Negotiate with the contractor to start with the implementation phase.

Prepare Purchasing requests in coordination with the facility management team.

Follow up on the implementation of all the renovation works across all the clubs and that it’s going as per the time schedules.

Receiving the finished works and ensuring that it’s as per agreed specs.

Deliver the renovated areas for the concerned departments (club operation/sports).

Prepare calculations sheets for the finished projects regarding the sub-contractors.

Prepare time schedules and completion reports to show the actual works vs the planned.

Follow up with the renovation team of technician to ensure the working flow is going without problems.

Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier work flow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil Department / Architecture)

At least 3-5 years’ experience.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:

Ability to work with teams in a very dynamic environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiating ability.

Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook).
-
Have a good experience in using (Auto Cad).
-
Good English command (Reading - Writing - Speaking).
