Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage renovation and rehabilitation program strategies, schedules, and budgets.

Oversee multiple concurrent renovation projects from concept through completion.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment with scope and objectives.

Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Review and approve project plans, change orders, contracts, and payment applications.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and resolve issues proactively.

Prepare executive reports and updates on program status, milestones, and financial performance.

Identify and mitigate risks related to construction, timelines, and budgets.

Support procurement processes and contractor selection.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

6–8+ years of experience in construction, renovation, rehabilitation, or capital project management.

Proven experience managing multiple large-scale renovation projects.
-
Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and contract administration.
-
Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
-
PMP or similar project management certification.
