Job Summary

We are looking for a Rental Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing rental transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable rental vehicles.
• Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and verify documents.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Manage reservations, extensions, and returns through the company system.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly rental reports.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of rental rates, promotions, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of vehicle types and rental procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and rental software systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
• Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
