Real Estate Agent - Rent

Location: Doha, Qatar Reports to: Agency Manager / Sales Director

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Agent at ABH, you will be on the front lines, helping clients find their perfect property in Doha. Your main focus will be on closing deals and building lasting client relationships:

  • Property Acquisition & Listing: Source and list new properties available for rent and sale across the Doha market.
  • Lead Management: Contact and effectively qualify warm leads provided directly by ABH Real Estate (say goodbye to cold-calling from scratch!).
  • Client Engagement: Conduct professional property viewings and nurture strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate terms and successfully close sales and rental deals.
  • Service Excellence: Provide outstanding post-sale/rental service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property data within our professional CRM system.

What You'll Bring: Requirements

  • A strong, demonstrable passion for sales or exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • A valid driving license and reliable means of transport for property viewings.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the Doha property market is a plus, but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training!
  • Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
