Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Rental Agent Supervisor to oversee our rental operations team. You will ensure smooth rental and leasing processes, manage staff performance, and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide rental agents in day-to-day operations.
• Monitor rental and leasing contracts, vehicle allocation, and documentation accuracy.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate rental agents to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
• Support management in reporting, planning, and achieving business targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in vehicle rental or leasing operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office and rental management systems.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
