Position Overview

As a Rental Return Agent, you will help create a smooth and welcoming experience for customers returning rental vehicles. You’ll work with some of the nation’s top-rated rental car companies while building valuable customer service and operational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service during the vehicle return process

• Greet every customer with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Direct and identify returning vehicles to the correct lot locations

• Verify return times, mileage, and rental agreement details

• Assist customers with directions, local information, and transportation guidance

• Direct customers to airport shuttle transportation

• Accurately complete rental return documentation

• Review rental charges and answer customer questions

• Resolve customer service concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Help maintain efficient customer flow and minimize wait times

• Support a team-oriented and collaborative work environment

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license required

• Clean driving record within the past 3 years

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: $18.75/hour

• Work Location: San Diego International Airport

• Shitf: AM and PM /Weekends included
