Rental Car Supervisor

EDS Service Solutions partners with the leading car rental companies all over the country to provide exceptional service in aiding to back end operations for the Car Rental Center at the Charleston International Airport. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for monitoring all employees scheduled to work on your shift.

Make sure employees are being productive while at work

Making sure employees are following safety protocols

Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the assigned location.

Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.

Coach and mentor new employees.

Cover driver/transporters lead and VSA's (car cleaners) when needed to fulfill customer needs.

Conduct interviews/ orientations as needed for staffing needs.

Conduct weekly payroll.

Communicate with recruiting department and operations based on needs/ workforce.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Have a valid Driver's License

Clean Driving Record (3 years)

At least 2 years of supervisor experience

Must have OPEN Availability, including weekends as needed

Location: Charleston International Airport

Education and experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
