About the Role
Advisor to landlords and investors, optimizing rental yield and occupancy across Dubai’s residential, villa, and apartment market.
Core Responsibilities
Investment Advisory
· Conduct rental yield and cash flow analysis
· Evaluate portfolio performance for multi-property investors
· Advise on tenancy risk and market trends
Deal Structuring
· Lease structuring for optimal investor returns
· Analyze service charges, contract terms, and renewal strategies
· Prepare landlord advisory reports
Sales Execution
· Tenant sourcing and screening
· Conduct viewings and lease negotiations
· Manage lease documentation (Forms A, B, F)
· Ensure RERA & DLD compliance
Market Intelligence
· Track rental trends across Dubai districts
· Benchmark occupancy and yield against competitors
· Provide landlords with actionable insights

Requirements
· 2–5+ years UAE leasing experience
· Strong analytical and client advisory skills
