Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rental Sales Manager to lead and expand our rental division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing rental sales strategies, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue through short-term and long-term rental agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute rental sales strategies to grow the rental portfolio
• Identify new business opportunities in corporate, healthcare, and private sectors
• Manage rental inquiries, quotations, contracts, and renewals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly rental revenue targets
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and collection
• Monitor market trends and competitor rental offerings
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in rental sales, equipment leasing, or B2B sales
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required
• UAE market experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
