Drive rental and retail sales targets through proactive customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Coordinate logistics for events, group rentals, and partnerships, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Monitor and manage inventory levels for bikes, accessories, and spare parts, coordinating with the workshop and stock teams.

Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, insurance policies, and brand SOPs.

Track key performance metrics including revenue, utilization rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Support promotional campaigns and partnerships that enhance the visibility and profitability of the rentals business.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
