Job Description: Errand & Maintenance AssistantPosition Overview

We are seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as an Errand & Maintenance Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day errands, performing odd jobs, and assisting with basic repair and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Run errands such as delivering/collecting documents, materials, or supplies.
• Assist with general office and facility maintenance (minor repairs, cleaning, organizing).
• Support in handling odd jobs as assigned (moving items, setting up equipment, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with attention to detail.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Report any issues or requirements to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: High school or equivalent.
• Prior experience in maintenance, handyman work, or similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks.
• Trustworthy and dependable.
