As a Repair Operations and Technical Support Manager at Siemens Energy in KSA, you will lead a dynamic team focused on enhancing the performance and reliability of Compression and Steam products. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the repair operations team in KSA, managing all operational and technical queries for the Compression & Steam Turbine Generator fleet.
• Ensure accountability for KPIs, including operational cost absorption, safety, on-time delivery, and quote response time.
• Represent Compression in client interactions, resolving complex technical queries with advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Provide technical support and guidance for TCP/RCE Products, offering training and leadership to Field Service Personnel.
• Oversee technical support during machine shutdowns, utilizing the Remote Diagnostic System for unit availability and first-line response.
• Define service bulletins and recommendations to enhance client performance, coordinating with Product Competence Centers and reviewing site visit reports.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with proven leadership and management experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in operation and maintenance, field service activities, and engineering related to rotating and compression equipment.
• Expertise in repair technologies, including mechanical repairs, hydraulic systems, vibration analysis, NDT methods, and welding techniques.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas market, familiarity with Siemens Energy’s compression fleet, and collaboration with Product Competence Centers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to train and support Field Service personnel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
