Report Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Overseas Recruitment Report Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing recruitment data related to overseas hiring, with a strong preference for experience in the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on overseas recruitment activities.

Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to gather necessary data and insights.

Ensure compliance with international recruitment regulations and standards.

Prepare presentations and summaries for management on recruitment performance.

Develop and implement strategies for improving recruitment processes based on data analysis.

Liaise with external partners and agencies involved in overseas recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis.

Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and recruitment practices is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management software (e.g., Excel, HRIS).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
