Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Manager of Reporting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive reporting frameworks that support the strategic decision-making process across various projects and initiatives.
The Manager will ensure that relevant data is collected, analyzed, and reported effectively to provide insights into performance and progress. This position will involve close collaboration with various internal teams to gather information and produce accurate reports that reflect project timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework that captures key indicators and provides actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather data and produce regular reports on project status, financial performance, and risk assessments.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and engaging manner to enhance report understandability.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting efforts through consistent validation and analysis of information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management and external stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and reporting best practices to continuously enhance reporting processes and tools.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on reporting standards and data management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or project management in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
