We need a dedicated Data Operations Specialist to manage the daily flow of data across multiple systems that power our analytics, reporting, and resident communication platforms. These processes were previously handled manually across several team members, who no longer have the capacity.
This role will centralize ownership of resident and property data preparation—pulling, cleaning, transforming, and uploading information to ensure it’s accurate, consistent, and available where it’s needed on a daily basis. By establishing a single point of accountability, we’ll improve data quality, reporting speed, and overall efficiency across teams.

Pull, clean, and transform raw data from multiple systems, including Amplitude, Domo, and Entrata / Client Admin.

Append and upload processed data into the appropriate reporting or operational systems on a daily basis.

Maintain data hygiene and consistency, ensuring data fields and formats align across sources.

Troubleshoot data issues, mismatches, and discrepancies between platforms.

Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure accurate data is available for dashboards, reports, and business reviews

Document repeatable workflows and data mapping processes for scalability and cross-training.

Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas).

Experience using Amplitude, Domo, or similar data/reporting tools.

Attention to detail with strong data validation and QA skills.

Comfortable with repetitive daily workflows and process optimization.

Basic understanding of data transformation with large datasets (e.g., merging datasets, aligning columns, mapping fields).Experience working with cross-functional teams (analytics, marketing, product, or client services).
