Job Summary

Vohra & Saigol is looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a premium lifestyle brand, we generate vast amounts of data across our retail stores, e-commerce platforms and bespoke services. Your role will be to transform this raw data into clear, actionable insights that help our management team optimize inventory, improve sales performance,and enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a passion for the fashion industry and possesses the technical skills to build automated dashboards that track the pulse of our diverse brands, including AKS, Rabaya and V&S Femme.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Visualization & Dashboards: Design and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau or Excel) to track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales trends across different categories (e.g., Diamond Jewellery vs. Ready-to-Wear) and physical locations (Packages Mall, LuckyOne etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
• Inventory & SKU Optimization: Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates and aging inventory to provide recommendations for replenishment or clearance.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with the Marketing team to report on campaign ROI and with the Supply Chain team to forecast demand for seasonal collections.
• Bespoke Insights: Analyze data from our custom tailoring and "Made to Measure" services to understand customer preferences and lead times.
• Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of our ERP and POS systems to ensure all reporting is accurate and consistent.
• Ad-hoc Reporting: Respond to high-priority requests from senior leadership for specific deep dives into market trends or operational bottlenecks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a reporting or data analyst role, preferably within the Retail, Fashion or FMCG sectors.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel: (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
• BI Tools: Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL: Ability to query relational databases is a strong plus.
• ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with retail ERP software (e.g., Candela, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills (to explain data to non-technical teams) and an eye for detail.
