Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and assess performance.
  • Conduct cost analysis of current resources, tools, and potential new software to guide cost effective decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between onshore and offshore management, ensuring seamless data sharing and analysis.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide financial insights on resource usage.
  • Present findings through data visualizations and summaries, enabling strategic planning and financial efficiency.
  • Maintain data accuracy by verifying sources, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring consistent reporting.
  • Collaborate with management to evaluate the ROI of recruitment tools, including current systems and new options.
  • Stay updated on the latest reporting and cost analysis tools to improve reporting capabilities and cost assessments.

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and cost analysis, ideally in HR or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and budgeting.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on simplifying complex data for diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills to share insights with onshore and offshore management.

Job Details:

  • Working Days: Mon - Fri
  • Timings: 7pm - 4am
  • Location: PECHS Block 6

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
