Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics and assess performance.
- Conduct cost analysis of current resources, tools, and potential new software to guide cost effective decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between onshore and offshore management, ensuring seamless data sharing and analysis.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide financial insights on resource usage.
- Present findings through data visualizations and summaries, enabling strategic planning and financial efficiency.
- Maintain data accuracy by verifying sources, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring consistent reporting.
- Collaborate with management to evaluate the ROI of recruitment tools, including current systems and new options.
- Stay updated on the latest reporting and cost analysis tools to improve reporting capabilities and cost assessments.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and cost analysis, ideally in HR or recruitment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and budgeting.
- Analytical skills with a focus on simplifying complex data for diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to share insights with onshore and offshore management.
