Reporting & Data Analysis Consultant

Job Description

1. Legal Data Analysis: Collecting, classifying, and analyzing legal data relevant to the postal sector.

2. Preparing Legal Reports: Designing and preparing periodic and specialized reports that include performance indicators and legal risk analyses.

3. Developing Analytical Models: Proposing and developing analytical tools to monitor cases, disputes, and regulatory compliance.

4. Improving Databases: Working on improving the quality of legal data and ensuring its integrity and accuracy.

5. Supporting Decision-Making: Providing data-driven analyses and recommendations to support the legal decision-making process.

6. Coordinating with Stakeholders: Collaborating with legal teams and departments to ensure the consistency of reports with work requirements.

7. Team Training: Transferring knowledge and building the capacities of the Legal Affairs Unit team regarding best practices in data analysis and report preparation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Administration, or related field

  • Professional certifications (advantageous):

    • Data Analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel)

    • Compliance & Risk Management

    • Regulatory Governance

    • Project Management (CAPM / PMP – optional)
