Role Purpose

Support the overall division function including planning, cost control, and management reporting by designing, maintaining, and analyzing project and division reports. The role ensures accurate and timely collection, validation, and presentation of project data to assist management in decision making and performance improvement.

Key Activities

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design and maintain project and division dashboards, reports, and presentations using

Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Automate reporting processes for improved efficiency.

Data Collection & Analysis

• Gather and validate data from planning, cost, site teams and related stakeholders
• Analyze KPIs and generate insights to support project and business decisions.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with departments (planning, cost control, finance, commercial, site teams) to

ensure accurate and up-to-date data.

• Facilitate issue resolution and ensure timely reporting updates.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor project performance metrics such as schedule adherence, cost variance
• Highlight key risks and areas requiring management attention.

Necessary Knowledge and

Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in project reporting, planning, or controls.
• Understanding of project performance measurement and reporting systems.
• Experience in data validation, reporting automation, and cross-department coordination.

Education and Certification

Minimum Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced English language proficiency (written and verbal).

Job Specific Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI, PowerPoint, Access, and Fabric.
• Basic understanding of Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
