Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have strong communication skills, and be able to prepare and manage reports accurately and efficiently.

This role is critical for maintaining smooth shift operations and ensuring accurate reporting for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily opening reports using Excel
• Maintain and update shift-related data
• Ensure all reports are completed accurately and submitted on time
• Assist in organizing and managing reporting processes for the team

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines
• Experience in reporting or data management is a plus
