<Responsibilities>

  • Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities in B2B (business-to-business) environments.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations, highlighting technical specifications and benefits to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts confidently to close sales and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize analysis skills to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools like Word and PowerPoint.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience in negotiation, account management, or medical/pharmaceutical sales with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and technical details to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate clients and team members alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Experience in outside sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical product markets is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
