We are establishing a new, high-quality fertility clinic in Riyadh and are seeking an experienced IVF Medical Consultant to join at launch this Summer. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a modern service from the ground up, with a clear focus on clinical excellence, outcomes, and patient experience.
The Role
You will be a key clinical leader within the team, delivering IVF care while contributing to the development of protocols, pathways, and standards within a well-resourced, international environment.
What You’ll Do

• Lead fertility consultations and personalised treatment planning
• Perform and oversee IVF/ICSI cycles (stimulation, egg collection, embryo transfer)
• Work closely with embryology to optimise laboratory–clinical integration
• Contribute to clinical governance, SOP development, and quality improvement
• Help build a culture of evidence-based, patient-centred care

What We’re Looking For

• Current SCFHS Consultant or REI classification is a must
• Strong track record in IVF practice and clinical outcomes
• Motivated by building and shaping a new service
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Arabic language beneficial but not essential
