About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. This role blends digital marketing execution with hands-on content creation. You’ll write copy, manage content calendars, and produce graphics and videos that help bring campaigns to life across email, social media, and web. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with an eye for design who can move quickly between tasks while maintaining high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Write copy for social posts, email marketing campaigns, and online fundraising efforts
• Create branded graphics and layouts using Canva for social, email, and websites
• Edit vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Assist with website and campaign design projects using Canva (no Photoshop or coding required)
• Support internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and align with brand standards
• Track campaign performance metrics and share insights to improve results
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt for short-form social posts and longer emails
• Proficiency with Canva and basic video editing tools
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media best practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Portfolio or samples of writing, graphics, or video work required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $40,000–$55,000 per year

• In-office (Downtown Miami) Monday-Wednesday, 8AM-5PM
• Remote work Thursday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
