The Reputation, Media & Digital Strategy Manager is a newly created leadership role at Think Big Health Care Solutions, designed to build and lead our reputation management, media, and digital strategy functions from the ground up. This position drives efforts to strengthen the company’s public image, expand digital marketing reach, and position leadership as trusted voices in healthcare. The role oversees brand messaging, media relations, reputation management, and crisis communications, while building and executing strategies for digital growth including LinkedIn, paid advertising, and thought-leadership campaigns. The Reputation, Media & Digital Strategy Manager also leads the development of a new client-facing Reputation & Digital Advisory division, building a team and service line that will help healthcare organizations manage their public presence, grow their influence, and integrate communications strategy into their business success.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & Messaging
· Develop and refine Think Big’s brand messaging, positioning, and public-facing voice across all media channels.
· Serve as a primary public spokesperson and brand ambassador — representing Think Big in press engagements, webinars, conferences, and thought-leadership events.
· Lead the development of high-impact messaging strategies for clients, including narrative design, positioning, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Reputation Management & Crisis Communications
· Oversee proactive reputation management initiatives, including media monitoring, online presence oversight, and strategic narrative shaping.
· Build and deploy crisis communications strategies to safeguard and strengthen the reputations of both Think Big and client organizations.
· Partner with legal, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure messaging meets healthcare regulatory standards while remaining agile and responsive.
Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy
Ø Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to expand Think Big’s reach — including SEO, paid media, targeted ad campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
Ø Lead efforts to grow Think Big’s LinkedIn presence and other strategic platforms, driving engagement, visibility, and thought-leadership impact.
Ø Oversee creation of compelling digital content (articles, newsletters, campaigns) to elevate brand authority and support business development goals.
Ø Provide clients with tailored digital marketing strategies to help them reach patients, partners, and stakeholders more effectively.
New Service Line Development & Leadership
Ø Build and scale a Reputation, Media, & Digital Advisory division as a client-facing service line — encompassing strategic communications, reputation management, crisis response, digital campaigns, and media positioning.
Ø Recruit, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary team of communications, digital marketing, and media professionals.
Ø Establish operational frameworks, workflows, and performance metrics to measure the division’s success and deliver clear ROI to clients.
Ø Collaborate closely with the executive team to integrate this new service offering into Think Big’s broader consulting and practice-management solutions.
Strategic Planning & Influence
Ø Partner with leadership to design and execute a long-term media and communications roadmap aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Ø Identify and pursue earned-media placements, speaking engagements, strategic partnerships, and thought-leadership opportunities.
Ø Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (media mentions, engagement metrics, digital conversions, campaign ROI) to guide decision-making and optimize strategy.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in communications, public relations, digital marketing, or brand strategy — with at least 3 years in a leadership or team-building role.

Ø Experience advising clients or building service lines in a consulting or agency environment is strongly preferred.
Ø Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of successful public speaking or media representation.
Ø Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a team, launch new initiatives, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
