Require Accountant experienced in Intellectual Property firm

Job Description

Responsibilities of Accountant :

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements Like-Balance sheet, Profit & Loss sheet, daily expenses & sales sheet for GST etc.
• Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Prepare invoices/bills and maintain records of them in accounting sheet.
• Emailing the clients about the invoices and sending reminders to clients regarding the pending invoices.
• Prepare documents to settle outward remittances.

Qualifications for Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in IPR Firm
• Minimum 2 years of tally software experience.
• Must Possess the excellent knowledge of GST.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidate having hands on experience on Tally would be preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting software
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Highly detail-oriented
