REQUIRED ENGLISH TEACHER

About the Role

Dream India School Uluberia is seeking an experienced and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of creating an engaging learning environment, and committed to the academic growth and overall development of students.

Key Responsibilities

· Teach English language and literature to students as per the school curriculum

· Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and teaching aids

· Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records

· Encourage student participation and create an interactive classroom atmosphere

· Provide additional academic support to students when required

· Maintain discipline, classroom management, and positive student behaviour

· Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events

· Collaborate with the academic team for continuous improvement of teaching standards

Qualifications & Requirements

· Master’s Degree in English (M.A. in English)

· B.Ed is mandatory

· Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience in the same field

· Strong command over English (spoken and written)

· Effective classroom management and communication skills

· Ability to use modern teaching methods and basic digital tools

· Dedicated, responsible, and student-focused approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
