Required Female Junior Buiness Development Executive - On-Site Job in Lahore

GenXe (SMC-Pvt) Ltd is a dynamic and growing website development and digital markting company based in Gulberg 3 Lahore, seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Junior Business Development Executive to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience to contribute to our sales and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Follow up on leads and support the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Create engaging digital marketing content and visuals to support lead generation and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to support business development strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing (e.g., social media management, email campaigns, online advertising, content creation).
• Proven experience using Canva for designing marketing materials, social media posts, presentations, and graphics.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Urdu.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or client handling is a plus.
