JUNIOR AMAZON LISTING EXECUTIVE (6 Months – 1.5 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Amazon Listing Executive to support the optimization and maintenance of product listings across Amazon. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the basics of Amazon Seller Central and wants to grow into a senior role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in revising product titles, pricing, and listing content as per guidelines.
• Support in catalog updates, attribute corrections, and variation setups.
• Monitor buy box status and report fluctuations.
• Identify listing suppression issues and assist in submitting corrections.
• Perform basic stock level checks and coordinate with the inventory team for reordering.
• Conduct simple keyword relevance checks using tools (Helium10, JungleScout etc.).
• Check if product graphics meet competitive standards and communicate required changes.
• Assist in category mapping and ensuring accurate listings.
• Track product rankings and report trends.
• Update Shopify product titles and metadata under senior guidance.
• Perform basic analysis on listing strength and performance drops.
• Provide support for daily operational tasks related to Amazon listings.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
• Knowledge of keywords, product titles, and SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with image standards, competitor comparison, and listing optimization basics.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accuracy in catalog tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Experience Requirements

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in Amazon listing or e-commerce operations.
• Fresh candidates with strong understanding and certification in Amazon courses may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
