Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of civil engineering projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Team Management: Supervise project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare financial projections, perform cost calculations, and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all projects comply with legal regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and stakeholders, including any risks or changes to the project scope.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

Experience:

• fit out interiors: 5 years (Required)
• Civil Project Engineer: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
