Rabia Trust Hospital is looking for professional and patient-friendly Reception Staff to join our team immediately. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare service, we would love to hear from you.

🔹 Immediate Requirement

📌 Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide patients and visitors

• Patient registration and record management

• Appointment scheduling and follow-ups

• Manage phone calls and front desk queries

• Coordinate with OPD, billing, and clinical staff

• Maintain reception area and queue management

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent

• Good communication skills in Urdu & English

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)

• Ability to work rotational / night shifts

• Polite and patient-friendly attitude

• Prior hospital/clinic experience preferred.
