Requirement Engineering

You are end-to-end responsible to coordinate and drive the import of requirements specification starting from prioritization, translation, import, revision and release of requirements in direct contact with developers

You are steering the translation process which involves AI-based translation tools and external translation offices

You perform the import and revision of existing requirements specifications and revise them so that they comply with today’s requirements engineering templates

Required Skills & Experience:

Masters degree in Engineering, preferably in Systems Engineering

Minimum 3 years experience in Requirements Engineering

Good experience in Requirements Engineering Tools, preferably Siemens Polarion

Good organizational skills, Ability to drive and coordinate work processes

Good skills in oral and written English

Skills in scripting languages, Artificial Intelligence/Chatbots and AI-based translation appreciated

Relevant Experience in Systems Requirement Engineering related to Automotive/Agricultural equipment

Relevant Experience in Requirements Engineering Tools like Siemens Polarion/ DOORS/ JIRA
