Position Summary
St. Moritz Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst / Business Analyst to support a government program in defining, analyzing, and documenting system and business requirements for mission-critical platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements elicitation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within regulated or government environments. This is a full-time, remote positionsupporting federal digital modernization and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with government stakeholders and project teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and traceability matrices.
- Support Agile delivery by facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements workshops.
- Partner with Product Owners, Program Managers, Developers, and Testers to ensure alignment across project lifecycle phases.
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify solutions meet documented requirements.
- Ensure compliance with government accessibility, security, and quality standards.
- Recommend enhancements to requirements management processes, templates, and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting IT solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working on government contracts or within regulated industries.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Exceptional analytical and documentation skills, with experience creating functional specifications and process workflows.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- U.S. Citizenship (required for government contracts).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data governance, AI-enabled systems, or SaaS/cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with DoD, federal civilian, or state/local government systems.
- Certifications: Agile Certified Product Manager/Product Owner (ACPM/PO), SAFe Practitioner, or similar.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
