MUST HAVE: Technical/Development experience with a focus on modern front end react/next.js and headless (example Contentful and Storybook).

B2C experience is a must.

Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc) is basically a must have.

Able to draft in depth technical requirements and also work IN the code.

Elevate Digital is an agency committed to human-first transformation of customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Technical Business Analyst to work with our team and deliver complex technology projects for our clients. In this role, we are looking for a technical BA with a depth of coding experience to work closely with our development teams in support of a major website rebuild for a large consumer-product distribution company.

Responsibilities:

· Manage project requirements: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, draft requirements documentation, and communicate with development team.

· Work with project manager on planning and execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, develop comprehensive plans, and oversee aspects of project execution to ensure successful completion within defined parameters.

· Manage project communication and stakeholder expectations: Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, fostering clear understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

· Proactively manage risks and issues: Identify potential challenges, devise effective mitigation strategies, and manage changes in project scope to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience as a business analyst preferably in web/app development projects.

· Experience doing hands-on development preferably with modern front-end tech stack (React, next.js, headless, etc.).

· Understanding of SEO principles and conversion rate optimization

· Experience with industry-leading platforms (CMS, eCommerce, ERP, CRM, etc) preferably with experience integrating different systems using APIs, SDKs, data transfers, etc.

· Ability to understand code (APIs, integrations, etc.) and draft technical requirements.

· Proven experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

· Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
