Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and OEMs to capture, author, and manage
system and subsystem requirements
for automotive projects.

Perform
requirements analysis, decomposition, and allocation
to hardware and software domains.

Create
use case models and functional scenarios
aligned with vehicle-level features and functions.
-
Develop and maintain
traceability matrices
to ensure coverage from stakeholder requirements down to component implementation.

Conduct
impact analysis
for requirement changes to evaluate effects on system behavior, safety, and compliance.

Support
system architecture and design definition
in collaboration with domain experts (e.g., ADAS, propulsion, infotainment, body electronics).

Manage requirements using
industry-standard tools
such as DOORS, DOORS NG, Polarion, or PLM platforms.

Document and share requirements on
collaboration platforms
(Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive, cloud).

Support verification & validation teams to ensure
requirements coverage and compliance
with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262).
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, or related field).

2–3 years of experience in
requirements engineering / systems engineering in the automotive domain
.

Hands-on experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, DOORS NG, Polarion, PLM).

Strong knowledge of
requirements writing, analysis, and change management
.

Familiarity with
use case modeling, traceability, and impact analysis in automotive systems
.

Understanding of
systems engineering concepts, vehicle system architecture, and domain interactions
.

Experience working with
collaboration tools
(Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar).

Knowledge of automotive standards (e.g.,
ASPICE, ISO 26262
) is a plus.

Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
principles.

Familiarity with
Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
.

Experience with
IBM Rational Rhapsody
or equivalent modeling tools.
