RERUITMENT LEAD ( OIL AND GAS COMPANY )

Position Purpose

Responsible for end to end recruitment activities and guiding recruitment team for maximum output

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account managers to assess hiring needs and develop strategies for customised recruiting strategies
  • Ensure complete project delivery concerning recruitment activities are delivered on time
  • Act as a focal point for account manager, recruiters, various internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervise and monitor associated recruiters and team involved in recruiting projects
  • Take incharge of full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through on-site / online interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing mandates as per given job description
  • Evaluate recruiters’ performance periodically and mentoring them for better delivery
  • Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner related to job function i.e. reporting, system updates, candidate summaries, and other responsibilities as defined by the needs of the job
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports as required – update progress of reports related to recruiting.

Education & Skills:

(05) Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent; and extensive training and/or specialized advanced certification and/or licensing. Or Master’s Degree (M.A. or M. S. or M.B.A.)

Experience requirements:

(05) Requires more than 8 years, up to and including 12 years of related experience. Requires broad knowledge of complex systems and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
