Resale Property Senior Consultant

  • Attain leads through different channels (brokers, connections, referrals) to achieve resale and rental targets
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the primary sales team if needed
  • Monitor inventory of resale properties and rental units, optimizing offerings based on market demand
  • Interact with customers, address inquiries, and handle customer complaints to ensure positive customer experience & customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate resale property prices or rental terms with customers, ensuring favorable deals for the company
  • Manage and negotiate contract terms for resale and rental agreements
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for resale transactions
  • Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback
  • . Manage deal closures & relationships between buyers and sellers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in resale and/or rental transactions
  • Strong network of brokers, agents, and industry connections is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and inventory management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
