Resale Property Specialist

Job Description:

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is seeking experienced Real Estate Agents (Ready Property Market) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing resale and ready property transactions, working closely with landlords and buyers, and driving successful closings across Abu Dhabi’s key communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage property listings within the secondary market
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners
• Market properties through property portals and company channels
• Conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to closing
• Maintain strong market knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and pricing trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience in resale or secondary market real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience in landlord sourcing and listing acquisition
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Professional presentation and client management skills
• Fluent in English & Arabic (highly preferred)
• Can join immediately
