Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research: Proactively research and identify potential client companies and key decision-makers within the non-IT sector who require staffing solutions.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize lead generation tools such as Apollo, Seamless, or Sales Navigator to efficiently build targeted lists and gather accurate contact information.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they are a strong fit for our non-IT staffing firm's services.
- Daily Target Achievement: Successfully deliver a minimum of two positive lead (a qualified lead indicating interest or clear potential) to the Business Development Manager daily.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM/database with precise lead information and detailed notes on outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a research, lead generation, or sales development role, preferably in the staffing or B2B sector.
- Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience and proficiency with at least one major lead generation platform (Apollo, Seamless, or Sales Navigator).
- Skills: Strong research, analytical, and communication skills. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined.
- Goal Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed daily targets and contribute directly to sales pipeline growth.
